Over the past 30 years of working with and for various businesses, I have purchased a lot of products that I knew would help my various business ventures succeed. There were products that I used and they worked well for me. There were products that I had trouble using. There were products that were totally useless, a waste of money, and I could kick myself for falling for the sales pitch that got me to buy it in the first place. I always do learn something from them all, even the ones I throw out, so none of them have been a real waste of money.
There are two types of business products that I always love to get my hands on. The first are the products I reuse and use for reference or reminders whenever I need to. The second are the products that I purchased when I had the money and might not have used them at the time, but I was able to use them when I didn't have the money to purchase them and I really needed them.
Anything you have purchased to expand your knowledge and build your business over the years is always well worth whatever you spent on them. You may have learned what you really don't like to do. You have learned something from them, even if you ended up throwing them out. I always like it when I have bought a program years ago, that I couldn't use at the time and kept it on the shelf. Then when I am looking for just that resource, it is on my shelf waiting to be utilized. All of the business products that you purchase over the years should be added to your business tools library. They are your business and life success library.
