Jay Van Schelt, Founder of InnerChi Methods and Systems, is the Executive Director of the Healthtrax Fitness and Wellness Center located in the Bristol Hospital Wellness Center in Bristol, CT. Jay has over 20 years experience in business and mindfulness practices and is a 6th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor of Shaolin, T’ai Chi, Taoist Yoga and Qi Gong. He is the co-developer of the InnerChi Method for Self-Care, and the author of several self help CD programs including, the Four Steps to Wellness for Pain and Stress Management and Dao Yin Yoga Programs. John L. Fritz Co-founded and served as Director of The Mind/ Body Institute of Jupiter Medical Center from 1998-2003. John co-developed the methodology used for integrating and marketing complementary medical care, cognitive behavior modification, relaxation, and exercise for the benefit of staff and clients in this hospital setting, and is the author of the Sleep Switch™ Program for unlearning conditioned insomnia. John has over 30 years experience in the health and wellness industry, and is a 9th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor of Shaolin Kempo-Karate, T'ai Chi, and Qi-gong. John served as the Vice President of Operations for 14 years of a national chain of over 200 martial arts locations. He co-developed and implemented "The Villari Method", a business, teaching, and communication method utilized in all these locations. He is currently the Director of The Healing Arts Institute of Juno Beach, in Juno Beach, Florida. |
