Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We make every effort to ship orders received before 2:00 pm the same
day.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: All orders are shipped USPS.
Q: What if I have a question about my order?
A: E-mail any questions about your order to

information. We make every effort to respond to all inquiries the same
day we receive them.
Q: What if my order was damaged during
shipping?
A: If your order is damaged during shipping we will replace the item
free of charge. When you receive your replacement item, send back the
damaged item in the postage-paid packaging.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All products sold through Personal Business Systems, Inc have a 100%
Guarantee. You can return any product within 60 days that you are not satisfied with and you
will receive the full purchase price of the product. Provide proof of
purchase with your returned item information.
